Her credentials and awards include 2016 REALTOR® of the Year, 2016 RASI Professional Award, 1996 Rookie of the Year, Top Individual Producer for the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois for 2003, 2004, 2005. Since 2006 she has been the leader of one of the Top Teams in the entire MLS. She was also chosen as 1 of 30 agents under 30 across the nation by The National Association of Realtors, and designations of excellence include her ABR, GRI, CRS, SFR, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert for handling Short Sales), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Broker’s license and Managing Broker’s License.
Tammy is also involved in numerous civic and professional organizations and provided scholarships to local high school children for over 11 years. In 2015 the annual “Integrity and A Smile” yearly scholarship was replaced with financial support to the Business and Entrepreneurship Program in an attempt to reach and positively affect more children.

My major emphasis is listing property, working with Sellers and referral clients, negotiating contracts and coaching our team members. Tammy primarily works with the sellers (she works on listings). She also works closely with each member of the Team to ensure that they meet and exceed our client’s expectations. Graduating from Webster University with a bachelor degree in Media Communications, Tammy began her Real Estate career in 1996. Her past experience and education helped develop her excellent organizational, communication, marketing and negotiating skills. She truly loves her profession and genuinely cares about helping buyers and sellers reach their goals. You will find that her high energy level, integrity and driven work ethic are second to none.

With over 30 years of business, marketing, sales and customer service experience, Jane brings enthusiasm, skill and real life knowledge to the TMH & Co brand. Jane joined the team after selling her marketing company. Rebecca is a seller specialist with our team and focuses on clients wanting to list their homes in St. Clair and Madison Counties. She loves working with sellers to help them understand the real estate market and the selling process. She realizes that your home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make and wants her sellers to be well informed, realistic and protected. Rebecca works on forming relationships with her clients that allow her to understand their needs and accomplish their goals.
Rebecca has lived in both St. Clair and Madison county allowing her to gain intimate knowledge of the communities she serves including Scott Air Force Base. She has over a decade of experience in Real Estate and works tirelessly for her clients. She is very involved in her local community and loves where she lives. In her spare time (which there is never much of in Real Estate), Rebecca likes to rehab houses enhancing her hands-on approach to real state.

George Green, Buyer Specialist. Georg joined the Tammy Mitchell Hines & Co. team after a long and successful career as Operations Manager of a multi-national Industrial Minerals Company. “My career began with a small company consisting of 4 locations. I was involved in every aspect of the company’s gown in to what is today a multi-national company. In my tenure with that company, I relocated across the country, many times. Christina’s focus is exclusively on home buyers. She grew up in Columbia and now lives in Millstadt. After working in another career for 17 years, Christina decided to follow her passion and “dive into the real estate world!” Helping our clients find their perfect first home or “forever home” is what gets Christina excited about her career! She promises to be committed and trustworthy to her clients through every step of the process. Having clients that are excited about finding a new home truly makes her happy.
I am constantly in a state of learning and want to know everything about the industry. I believe that the more knowledge I have, the better agent I will be for my clients. I would like them to feel like I am honest, respectful, and helpful when representing them in their home buying process.
I am a long-time local resident and am very familiar with the area and all it has to offer. I started working in property management on Scott AFB and over the past 3 years have transitioned into real estate. I am currently based out of St. Clair County and love to volunteer and get involved within our community. My husband Noel and I are also members of the Filipino American Club of Southwestern Illinois, dog lovers, and enjoy trying new restaurants.
Annette started working real estate full time in July of 2014. She worked as a Union Electrician for about 17 years prior to that. “I can have a different perspective than some other agents. I can see potential with a not-so-perfect property and also some construction positives and negatives that others may not see.” She earned her GRI and e-PRO certifications in 2016. She believes knowledge is power and is looking to earn another certification by summer of 2018. “I will not have all the answers but I will do my best to get them for you in a timely fashion.” She takes pride in being honest, hard working and fair. As the Client Care Specialist for Tammy Mitchell Hines & Co., Sam works to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long term customer relationships. She also works with buyers and sellers as they begin their journey into real estate. Sam strives to provide excellent service for every one of our clients. “It feels good to help someone find their ‘perfect-fit home’, and I’m honored to be a part of that experience.”
When she isn’t in the office, Sam enjoys time with her two young boys, Alex and Evan. Her family shares a passion for Star Wars and comic books. “We love being nerds together.”

“As the Listing Coordinator, I am the go-to person for most listing questions. I regularly provide listing information to real estate brokers as well as sellers. My primary focus is to maintain listings and make certain all the details are attended to once your home goes under contract. I coordinate the closings and manage all the other tasks that allow your closing to go smoothly.” One of Stella’s primary responsibilities is to manage and track each pending transaction to ensure it closes on time with as few problems as possible. You can feel confident that the myriad of details regarding the closing of your home, from loan approval, appraisal, and lender coordination are carefully attended to.
Stella also takes care of the office while also providing a central point of contact for our clients.

Cherie is the Buyer Care Coordinator at Tammy Mitchell Hines & Co. She is in charge of coordinating all the special care we give our buyers once they go under contract. She is the first point of contact and makes certain all details are completed, on time and correctly. Cherie lives in Columbia with her family.

As a Creative & Marketing Specialist, Jodi oversees all creative design and assists with implementing our numerous marketing initiatives. Jodi has extensive design experience, working in the St. Louis community for over 12 years. She holds a BFA in Visual Communications/Graphic Design from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Maryville University.

Our Photographer / Marketing Assistant Jeff, works in tandem with our listing department to make certain all the fine details of the listing process are completed.
Jeff has a bachelors degree in Art Education from SIUE and has been a professional photographer for over a decade. Jeff works with various equipment and software to make your home look its best. Jeff inputs data, creates virtual tours, schedules photo sessions and does other varied marketing tasks to help sell your home.
Hollie joined TMH & Co. as a member of our administration team and works on both the buyer and seller sides of real estate, providing support to the entire Team. Hollie assists with special projects and wherever she is needed.
