Tammy Mitchell Hines & Co. is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant. The candidate for this position must possess a great personality and a love of helping people. Good manners, proper phone etiquette, honesty, dedication, attention to detail and reliability will be essential to the final candidate. They must be experienced in providing administrative support in a busy office environment and possess superior knowledge of technology, advanced computer skills, Excel, Word, office equipment and procedures. They must be adaptable and capable of working independently and within a Team environment. They must have a desire for self-improvement and a passion for people. Solid transportation is required. Experience working with Real Estate buyer clients is a plus. Real Estate License is not required.
